New I4E Board Member Elected/Co-Founder steps down

The Institute for Enterprise is pleased to announce that Bryan Poynter has been elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Poynter will assume his position on January 1st, 2023.

A graduate of Rollins College in Orlando with a B.A. in International Relations and an MBA in Finance & Management. Mr. Poynter is the CEO of McGregor Management Group in Fernandina Beach, FL. The family owned business consists of Karibo Kitchen, Timoti's Seafood Shak, McGregor Mini Links, and Fernandina Duck Pinz. Bryan has served for several years as an Ambassador for the Institute for Enterprise and has hosted many tours of his business ventures for the entrepreneur students in Nassau County high schools. He has also served on the Nassau School District Marketing & Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.

Also on January 1st, 2023, Co-Founder and President Douglas M Newton is retiring from the Board of Directors to enjoy his retirement but will always be available for timely and valuable advice for the other Board Members.
